Shipping costs at a glance
Shipping is only possible with Swiss Post. The goods will be shipped as a letter or parcel without insurance (shipping without tracking number). Shipping and packaging costs are calculated per order or order. If not all ordered products are in stock, we are entitled to partial deliveries at our expense. For partial deliveries, the shipping and packaging costs will be charged only once.

Delivery
The delivery takes place to the address indicated by the orderer. The shipment will be made by us after complete receipt of payment – under normal circumstances, the order will be received within 10 days (Monday to Saturday, Sundays and public holidays) after the order has been placed by the customer, if the delivery is made to a German address. For deliveries abroad accordingly longer delivery times are to be planned. Deviating delivery times are listed on the product page or in the order confirmation and named separately.
Notes on shipping abroad
In the case of cross-border deliveries, applicable taxes, customs duties and import duties are to be borne by the buyer. It is recommended to ask for details in advance at the customs or tax authorities of each country. Invoicing is in Euro without VAT.
